  • No service agreement exists until a formal contract is signed

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads generated through various advertising channels:

  • Digital Marketing Leads: $45 per qualified lead
  • Professional Network Leads: $65 per qualified lead
  • Premium Enterprise Leads: $85 per qualified lead

Final pricing and payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property developed by Gentlebreeze remain our property unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Client-specific implementations and customizations will be governed by individual service contracts.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and proprietary data. Detailed confidentiality terms will be outlined in individual service agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gentlebreeze's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services. Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.

9. Modification of Terms
